I am in network with BCBS MA, Optum, United Healthcare, MGB Employee and Aetna. Credentialing with Harvard Pilgrim in May 2026.

I also offer an out of network rate for those with other insurances. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit for possible reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance company directly to ask about your specific out-of-network coverage.

My out of network fees are:

$125 - 30 minutes, individual session

$150 - 45 minutes, individual session

$175 - 60 minutes, individual session

$200 - 60 minutes - diagnostic evaluation

I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to increase accessibility and to support clients who may need a reduced rate. If cost feels like a barrier, please feel free to reach out, we can discuss whether a sliding scale slot is available and explore options that feel manageable for you.

A Good Faith Estimate outlines the expected cost of your therapy before you begin services. It falls under the No Surprises Act and gives you an estimate of session fees and potential yearly costs. It is not a bill, and the actual number of sessions you attend may vary based on your needs. You can request this prior to starting therapy.

Life happens, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments missed or canceled with less notice will incur a $100 fee.
